I have always been passionate about maintenance.
Not the doing, but the understanding. How do you make a maintenance team successful?
Starting my career as a Mechanical Supervisor, I failed in so many ways with leading my team – but I learned.
Over the following years, I focussed on learning what makes a successful maintenance team. I started applying what I learned, in different industries across two continents, and realised that there are key actions that make a team successful.
Over the years I helped individuals to get their life back. And in 2016 I decided to spread my wings and offer my services outside of just the organisation I was working in.
Now I am on a mission to change lives.
To help maintenance professionals to get the balance back in their lives.
To get their family time back.
